TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR ITEMS WITH SELL LABELS
1. All items are all based on first come first serve basis.
2. Serious buyers only. All sales are final.
3. Payment should be made to my MBB account.
4. The maximum period for reservation is 3 days. Otherwise, the items will be sold to the next person in line (if any).
5. If you can't make full payment within 3 days upon your reservation, please deposit at least 50% from the total price. Any cancellation of orders will not be refunded.
6. Goods sold are non-returnable / refundable / exchangeable.
7. Prices are not including of shipping and handling, unless stated otherwise.
8. Shipping and handling cost will be based on the weight of item(s) and will be quoted once confirmation made.
9. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays).
10. I will not be responsible for any damage / loss of items during shipment
